DIGISHOTS - Photobooth & Photography Business Management System
All booking requests, payments, staff assignments, and inventory are manually tracked using spreadsheets or notebooks, with no centralized system in place.
This project is a full-featured admin panel designed to manage the entire operations of a photobooth and photography business from booking requests and quotations to invoicing, deposit tracking, staff payouts, equipment reservations, and customer reviews.
Everything is connected to a centralized database with role-based access control for Super Admin, Admin, and Staff. It also includes a public-facing booking form and review collection system, allowing customers to submit bookings and feedback without creating an account.

What I learned
The most challenging part was implementing the “team capacity” booking logic. At first, the system simply checked whether a date was already occupied. However, I realized that the actual constraint was based on available resources: 4 photographers and 2 photobooth teams can handle overlapping bookings, as long as the total number of assigned teams does not exceed their respective capacities.
