Sargo Pro helps billiard halls and sports facilities manage their day-to-day operations in one system. It handles tables and court sessions, timers, reservations, POS and billing, products, customers, tournaments, reporting, and business configuration. It is designed offline-first, so critical operations continue working even without an internet connection.
What I learned
Building Sargo Pro taught me how to design software around real business workflows rather than individual features. I learned the importance of keeping the backend as the source of truth, separating reusable commerce and session systems, designing for offline reliability, and building incrementally so the platform can expand from billiards to other sports facilities.
